MDA::CRM is a full-blown Customer Relationship Management application. It encompasses the full sales cycle, customer project management, help desk, and more. It comes with a scriptable workflow engine that automates timed action planning for every data item in the system.

The data model, consisting of around 50 tables, was set up in two days, and the application was usable directly after generation. Three additional days, for one developer, were used to add the custom-coded workflow engine and extensive user dashboards for all action items.

Although initially built for MIND|CONSTRUCT BV in the Netherlands, MDA::CRM is now used in several other companies as well.
